Welcome to Picture This (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Picture This, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. About Picture This

Picture This is an online photo printing service operated from Lebanon. Users can upload digital photos from their devices, select print sizes and quantities, and have them delivered to their specified address.

Uploaded photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud servers and permanently deleted within 1 week or less after your order is completed and delivered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By using Picture This, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders and track deliveries. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Keep your login credentials secure; and
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Uploading Photos

4.1 Ownership

You retain all copyright and ownership rights to the photos you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

4.2 License to Use

By uploading photos, you grant Picture This a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your images solely for the purpose of printing and delivering your order.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload images that:

• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws;
• Contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic material;
• Depict child exploitation, hate speech, or violence; or
• Violate Lebanese law or the laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right (without obligation) to refuse to process or delete content that violates these restrictions.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time before you place an order.

5.2 Payment

Payment is due upon delivery. 

5.3 Order Processing & Delivery

We will process and deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times may vary based on location.

5.4 Refunds & Returns

Because products are personalized, refunds or replacements are only available if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective; or
• The prints do not match the order specifications.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and supporting photos.

6. Storage and Deletion of Images

Uploaded photos are:

• Stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage for processing and printing;
• Deleted automatically within 1 week or less of order completion; and
• Never reused, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property (Website & Branding)

All trademarks, logos, text, images, and other materials on the Picture This website are owned or licensed by Picture This. You may not use or reproduce any part of our content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law:

• Picture This is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service; and
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picture This, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in compliance with Lebanon’s Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
